Knighsbridge Underpass

Wildstone

Working with heritage consultants at the Westminster City Council and English Heritage, we advised on proposals to upgrade the Knightsbridge Underpass to improve its appearance and provide a plinth for public art, as part of Westminster’s Festival of Sculpture.
Two media screens were located within the underpass to fund the work, and the project was competed successfully.

We worked with Transport for London (TfL) to deliver a network of digital advertising sites across its estate.
This required consultation with a number of planning authorities, and development of the design concept ensured we achieved consent in each location. Approval was successfully obtained for 12 sites, which will deliver £13m of revenue to TfL to be reinvested in London’s public transport network.

In partnership with Land Securities, we obtained consent from Westminster City Council for a new media screen to increase the area of advertising on the famous Piccadilly Lights in Piccadilly Circus.  This scheme was implemented successfully.

Jason Bruges Studio

Wildstone Planning worked with Hackney Council’s regeneration team to deliver the world’s first digital art and advertising installation.
Location on Old Street roundabout, the structure was designed by Jason Bruges Studio. It provides a unique shared platform for brands, artists and creatives in a prominent location in Shoreditch, East London.

The Flame

We obtained planning consent from Westminster City Council for a replacement advertising structure adjacent to the A40 known as ‘The Flame.’
The scheme obtained consent following extensive discussions with key internal and external stakeholder. It has now been implemented and is one of the most sought after advertising structure for premium advertisers.
